Need help for Blog Farm

Dear,

I am trying your S2Member plugin and making some tests. When I choose the option Multisite Config as your intructions, emails are sent to my users providing the link to register. Since then, they can register as many blogs as they want regard the limit number of blogs I set for there level. This is a bug I need help (maybe a valid link become invalid after number of clicks). Further, I cannot stop the normal visitor sign up before making payment even though I set the sign-up page become restricted to normal users.

Please kindly advised me.
