It'd be good to contact your webhosting company asking them about this...
In that case, what Bob said is correct. Go to the user's profile, check the reset box for the IPs restriction setting and save. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Users -> Edit user -> Reset IP Restrictions
You can also change the limit for all users here WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options -> Unique IP Access Restrictions

If that doesn't seem to be the issue, then is there some error message accompanying the 503 error? Hope that helps! Bob

I have tried resetting their passwords but that doesn't seem to work.
