When I logged in again it didn't look like the screen shot you showed above, it was back the old way. I tried to go in and remove the options again and it didn't save it nor did it align it properly. Hummm, so how did yours work and mine didn’t??…. I have three different browsers installed on my computer. I tried it in IE8 and Firefox they both show the same results and would not save the settings. Then I tried Google Chrome and it worked like a charm! Hummm… So I deleted my history in IE8 and tried it again and it worked! It threw me off when I tried it in 2 different browsers the first time and it didn’t work. So I thought for sure something was wrong.

Thanks again for logging in and checking it out. That helped me figure out that I needed to clear my cache, would have never guessed that.

I just received your email.

OK. I just took a look at your list of Users inside WordPress®. In order to correct the issue, I used the Screen Options mentioned above. I've attached a screen shot for you, which shows you how to deal with the overcrowded details in your list of Users.

Interesting. Please send over a Dashboard login if you can. I noticed that you're having another issue as well, so maybe we can help you out better if we see your installation. Please use the contact form here:

However, if I deactivate the s2Member plug-in it shows the information horizontally (correctly).
Any other ideas? I also went through the deactivated all my other plugins and still the same problem. It only happens when I activate s2Member plug-in.
Thanks.

You can go up to "Screen Options" in the top right-hand corner of the Users screen. There you can choose to show/hide specific data columns. You can have an unlimited number of Custom Fields, but you can't really show all of those on one screen. So I suggest picking the most important ones to show in the main list, and leave the others for viewing only when you click to edit a specific account.
