I noticed in http://tools.pingdom.com/ that http://www.tradingkanalen.se/?ws_plugin__s2member_css=1&qcABC=1&ver=1.01289975464 took 3.3 Seconds to load. Is this normal?

I have done a lot of customizations of the plugin. Translation and changed CSS, what if I upgrade the plugin from Wordpress Panel. Is all those changes lost then?
