Default Welcome and Membership Options page..

I am a starter and am trying to configure this plugin with GeoPress theme for one of my clients. I will appreciate if someone can guide me through if there is a way [short code etc ?] to setup default Welcome & Membership Options page. OR if someone can share his work for the same, I will be very thankful.
