Brute Force is in Restrictions Options
WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options -> Brute Force IP/Login Restrictions.

You way want to reset and change this setting WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Brute Force IP/Login Restrictions.

A message appeared "Max failed logins. Please wait 30 minutes and try again."
I tried to login again after 40mins, but the same message appeared.

So, I deleted the plugin via FTP then I was able to login normally.

Please help.
