OK. Hmm. This sounds like it could be an issue where another plugin is conflicting with s2Member in some way. I wish we could see what's actually happening. Is it possible that your Apache web server is logging errors of this? If not, I suppose the next step in debugging would be for you to eliminate one other plugin at a time until this problem goes away. At least that way we can narrow down your list and take a look at a specific plugin combination.
I'm leaving this thread open. I'll be happy to assist you in troubleshooting this problem if you can help me out some by narrowing down the conflict to one or two plugins.
