Yea, a PayPal generated button is not speaking with s2Member, and therefore s2Member is not speaking with PayPal, so the problem does not exist for you in that scenario. Of course, that's usually NOT the desired behavior, as this completely excludes s2Member from your integration with PayPal.

If both of those diagnostic test files are failing to provide a "Test successful" response, I would start by contacting your hosting company. Send them the link to both of those files, and ask them why one or both of them are failing. You need at least one of them to work.

I'm getting the "Unable to verify POST vars"... have done all the troubleshooting I can based on other tickets.

If i generate the button from paypal it works fine, but when using the plugin I get the error, all settings are quadruple checked.

I downloaded these files curl-test-http-google.php
curl-test-https-paypal.php
fopen-test-https-paypal.php

and all three brought up blank white pages. Does this contradict the fact that everything works fine when using a paypal generated button?
