Relevanssi. It's a popular search plugin with almost 100,000 downloads. From version 2.9.8 onwards, it automatically supports s2member and checks for each search result whether the current user should be allowed to see the result. This is completely automatic: if you activate Relevanssi and s2member is also active, this check is done.
