Yes, but only during the upgrade process. That is, if your site is left without the latest version of s2Member Pro, all functionality provided by s2Member Pro remains disabled until a compatible version can be obtained from inside your account at s2Member.com.
Under normal circumstances, you can simply provide your s2Member.com User/Pass during upgrade, and everything takes place automatically. However, since your account at s2Member.com was abused in some way, your User/Pass had become locked on our end. On our end, it looks like someone obtained a copy of your s2Member Username/Password and it sent your IP connections over our maximum allowed limitation.
Resetting your Username/Password should resolve this for you. Or, if you've been traveling around a bit, and you've attempted to access your account from several different geographic locations ( or IP addresses ), you may also have this trouble.
