The registered on field is still empty, and I believe that is important for monthly subscription charge.

This is my first post.
I am writing in requesting help.
I launched my site on friday and I got my first subscriber today!

But there was a small problem.
I designed and tested my site in a temp directory, and moved the live version to the root directory.
I updated all of the URLs except for the PayPal instant payment information. (I have corrected the url).

My problem is when the subscriber's account was created, it was not upgraded to the appropriate subscription level.

How do I give him access manually, and link his account with the monthly billing?

Kindest regards,

Mister Hesbi Ba
