Signup under a certain membership PER location

Hello,

I'm using this service to provide a VIP Card service for my customers, however, I'm running into the issue of one thing.

I'm trying to figure out a workaround where we can issue Locals VIP Cards per location for example:

Miami
New York

Could I have it to where they can select a location in the registration form and based on the location and card membership they choose and once they register they'll be taken to www.domain.com/location/memberwelcomepage permanently based on their registration/login.

Is this functionality doable with s2Member? Thanks
