Well, I'm guessing you collected the contact info using custom registration fields.

You could, if you have s2Member Pro, export the users and the file would include those fields. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Import/Export -> User Export

They may still need to confirm the subscription. Can you tell if they were sent a confirmation email?

I have mailchimp integrated but only some of the members are added to the database. Out of 184 only 42 show in Mailchimp. Any suggestions?
