I'm new to s2member and recently set up a subscription website using the CCBill facilities. Today I received an email from CCBill saying, "You are receiving this email to let you know that Joe Bloggs attempted to subscribe to account 999999-9999 and was declined due to You currently have a subscription and are unable to signup."

When I spoke to CCBill they said this message implied he was already a member. Perhaps he sent his subscription in twice accidentally. CCBill confirmed he was still a member as far as they're concerned. The initial subscription is for 3 days before going into regular 30 day intervals.

Being excited to get my first subscriber I logged into WordPress and checked my Users. There was only me and my test account. Undeterred I accessed the S2Member users only to find the same list.

Does this mean I've got a problem with members?

Is there anyway of checking member history so I could find out whether he'd unsubscribed or something?

TIA,

Pat
