Which version of s2Member are you using?

If you have s2Member Pro, you can use the Pro Forms feature to create a free registration form on your site.

WP Admin -> s2Member -> Paypal Pro Forms -> Paypal Pro / Free Registration Form. (You don't need to use PayPal or PayPal Pro to utilize this feature, but you do need to have s2Member Pro.) From this section you can copy the shortcode for the registration form and paste it into a page on your site.

I have seen the tutorials and I was able to create a Free membership level, which is what I need for now and I can see the registration link, however, however, when I type the url for my site I am seeing a sample post I created, how can I make it so that when I give people the url to my site it will have the registration form.

This is what it looks like now when I type in the url in google:

http://coachtocoachsuccess.com

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Ivette
