I know multisite is a headache but need some advice before using/buying.

I want to setup a network of blogs. People can create their own blogs (free) and then sell membership to those blogs. I want to take a portion of whatever membership fees the blog owners are charging though. So Person A signups up a blog & sets membership at $10/month. Person B then signups up for that blog. I want $9 to go to the blog owner and $1 to come to me as the network administrator.

Is this possible?

I'm preempting a strong "no" as I know it's quite complex, but would you be willing to add this if I purchase a MS Network Support License?
