I am not finding documentation on pro-forms.
In the video sequence I don't see anything on pro-forms.
Is there something anybody can point me to?

I have tried setting up 4 classes of membership using pro-forms 'button' code generated but that doesn't look too good. Each 'button' is a whole page. Seems like it needs a drop down menu or radio buttons with the membership options so it is more compact and fits on a page.

Is there any support to generate something other than the whole form for each option.
