Member Import for Mulisite Sub-directory Website

Hi,

I have setup a multisite farm using s2Member, as of now only the super admin can import member data? Can this be done to directly populate the sub-directory site? Meaning can super admin add the import for them? Is there an option for them to do it on their own?
