Since what you want is more advanced, I guess you'll need to modify your bbPress using advanced s2Member conditionals.

WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Scripting -> Advanced Query Conditionals

I'm not sure how much of s2Member is loaded when viewing pages in bbPress, even if bridged, but you can do some simple tests to see if the conditional functions will work there first.

WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Bridges -> bbPress Bridge Integration

You probably need that for bbPress to talk with s2Member and see the membership level of your users.

Not sure though, I don't use bbPress, but I hope this helps you in some way.
