Because you are using this on a specific page/post link, not for a member, you might need to set up a Download Key.

Reset Basic Download Restrictions

I am not clear if there is a way to either reset or give special permissions to the basic download restrictions that have been exceeded. I have tried resetting the restriction to a higher amount, but even though it indicates that the restrictions are higher, it still redirects to the downloads exceeded page. This is being used on a specific page/post link, not for member level.

Is there a simple way to reset those restrictions on a per case basis (page/post) ?
