Hi Karla. I' ve just updated your s2Member.com account to correct your Primary Domain.

It appears that your Primary Domain was entered with a trailing "/" mark. I've updated your account now, so if you log back in, you can download your new License Key.

Thanks for reporting this. I'll have Mark take a look to be sure the system strips these off in the future.

Hey, I've just purchased a license for http://thecoreinfluence.com/ - and it says the license key is not valid...

s2Member Pro did not load. Invalid License Key ( /plugins/s2member-pro-key.php ). You can purchase a License Key for this domain.

why? can you help

I can send the login details/key to an admin if needed, but this needs to be fixed ASAP
