I just took a look at your Registration page. Perhaps we covered this before and I just forgot, but can you please confirm that you have disabled the collection of First/Last Names in this section of your Dashboard: s2Member -> Custom Registration Fields -> Collect First/Last Names?

It continues to kick back the same error codes:

ERROR: Please Enter in First Name
ERROR: Please Enter in Last Name
ERROR: Please Enter in E-mail Address

I have tried everything, including deactivating other plugins, but nothing works. I am unable to use the s2member plugin until this is resolved because my sites are for non-profits that require the free subscriber option. Please help.

Thanks a million for this plugin. It's exactly what I needed.

How does one actually set up registration for free subscribers? Access to level 1 and above requires the insertion of a paypal button on the membership options page. What is required to send free subscribers to their registration page? Where does registration actually take place for free subscribers? I'm stumped.
Are you running s2Member ( free version ), or s2Member Pro please?

s2Member >> General Options >> Open Registration /Free Subscribers
You'll see the following:
Code:
Open Registration / Free Subscribers ( optional )

s2Member supports Free Subscribers ( at Level #0 ), along with four Primary Levels [1-4] of paid membership. If you want visitors to be capable of registering absolutely free, you will want to "allow" Open Registration. Whenever a visitor registers without paying, they'll automatically become a Free Subscriber, at Level #0.

Allow Open Registration? ( Free Subscribers )

If you set this to Yes, you're unlocking registration. When a visitor registers without paying, they'll automatically become a Free Subscriber, at Level #0. The s2Member software reserves Level #0; to be used ONLY used for Free Subscribers. All other Membership Levels [1-4] require payment. Starting with s2Member v3.0.5+, you can set Post, Page, Tag, Category, and even URI restrictions for Level #0 as well. So this is a very powerful new feature.

You'll set this to "yes" and then when you want to give someone additional access after they join, you can go to Users >> [username] Edit >> Role and select their level from the drop down.

Hope that helps!

I am creating a site for members of a team (which is growing rapidly), and I want to provide support content that will require members be on the team to view it. There are various levels of team participation, so I need to restrict certain content for certain team levels. I would also like to allow public content, as well as some content which will be viewable by registered users.

s2Member seems to be well-suited for this, but I am not sure if I can configure it so I can set ALL membership levels to Free access. I want to set the membership levels manually once team members have registered. Can this be done, so members don't ever have to pay?

Thanks!
