You could create a coupon code for your VIP guests. Coupon codes are available in s2Member Pro http://s2member.com

Here's a screenshot of the coupon codes page WP Admin -> s2Member -> Coupon Codes download/file.php?mode=view&id=106

I hope that helps.

I want to have three levels on my site. level 1 and level 2 are paid levels. But for level 3 I want to have a VIP membership for invited people who are not charged.

There will only be a handful of these members so I could create them by hand as needed. My only problem with that approach is that I have to set the password and have it mailed to the VIP. Also, either I have to get the VIP to tell me what he/she wants for their username or I just have to make one up.

The only other option I see is to enable free registration and send the VIP to the wp-login.php?action=register page. They'd create a free account to their liking and when I see the notice for it coming through I can go in and manually upgrade them to a level 3 member. It would mean that anyone who could figure out the URL could go create free account, but I can just delete any non-VIP accounts that come through.

Anyone see a better way?
