Dripping to a Menu

My understanding is that we can drip parts of a post, page, or text widget based on how long a person has been a member.

This would allow us to set up a table of contents that would point to content available for the particular member at the particular time.

Is there some way to make the available posts / pages show up in the menus ... and be hidden from the menus if not available.
