The idea would be to set up the courses on the base site of a WordPress MU installation.

Whenever a new corporate customer signs up they would get their own WordPress subdomain such as company1.mydomain.com.

It would be desirable to automate features such as:

  • Copying all course content and membership rules to the new subdomain.
  • Managing payment and course enrollment for a specified number of corporate employees.
  • Doing this separately for different courses. There may be different corporate employees for each course.
  • Notification when course enrollment reaches or exceeds the number purchased.
  • Keeping course content up to date whenever there are additions, changes, or deletions to course content on the base site.
  • Syncing changes in subdomain membership rules with any changes in the base membership rules.
Any suggestions on how to do any of the above?

Is there some other approach to accomplishing the above?

Thank you,
Jim Kitzmiller
