I'm a brand-new forum member. Been searching for 2 months for someone to assisting in config of s2member for a website. Below are the specs. I've contacted primothemes/webSharks as well again, but thought a duplicate post in the forum wouldn't hurt anyone:

Specs:

I don’t know if I need s2member Pro or not but I would get it if it allowed me to execute the billing needs- I have started to configured the free version. I don't intend on getting PayPal Pro nor do I need the transaction to stay on the site. I'd only get s2memberPro for custom form or other billing options reasons.

Customized Registration Fields: I will need several of these (basically replacing our current pdf membership applications), but it would be helpful if they were “smart”- only show fields pertaining to the membership type (i.e. don’t show fields about your residency training to a medical student member)

Levels: I have more than 4 types of memberships, so some will have to be on the same Level… as indicated in Jason’s excellent video.
Level 0: not allowed, no free access or account creation
Level 1: Medical Students - one time, with membership expiring on June 30th of their graduation year, which is a custom registration field and part of their member profile they can update (similar to address, phone, etc.)
Level 2: In-training Physicians- Interns, Residents, Fellows- one time, with membership expiring on June 30th of their final education program year, which is a custom registration field and part of their member profile they can update (similar to address, phone, etc.)
Level 3: Physicians (membership runs July 1st to June 30th)
Full Physician- First-year is prorated, with automatic annual recurring billing on July 1st.
Associate Physician- First-year is prorated, with automatic annual recurring billing on July 1st.
Level 4: Other
Affiliate/Non-Physician- First-year is prorated, with automatic annual recurring billing on July 1st.
Courtesy member- will have to get back to you about price or how this is to be handled
Honorary member- will have to get back to you about price or how this is to be handled
Life Member- will have to get back to you about price or how this is to be handled
Semi-retired member- will have to get back to you about price or how this is to be handled

Member Profile
The ability for logged-in members to view/edit/update their profile. Is it possible to integrate photos- is that more Buddypress or bbPress? I’m not familiar how it works?

A word about the membership database: It has to be clear what type of member a person is. In other words, if it is set-up so that all members are Level 1 or there are multiple types of Level 3(however you want to do it), it has to be clear when viewing the database who is a medical student, resident, full physician, associate physician, etc. Keep that in mind as you contemplate how to utilize levels/capabilities/roles.

Sensible Navigation: When someone not logged-in clicks on “Member Central” or a protected page, and it redirects to the Join AOCPMR page, it should accommodate both the “current member who needs to log in” and the “nonmember considering joining”

Lock/Unlock Customization: Protected pages (any protected content- pages, posts, etc.) display a subtle and classy lock icon. Nothing obtrusive to the eye or gaudy, but clear it is protected content. A tiny gray lock icon in the upper-right corner of the nav button of a protected page would work. While this isn’t the correct placement or context. As well, when a member is logged in, protected content would display an unlocked icon.

That’s the gist of it. I realize I would need to solidify the s2member memberships in order for you to move forward in that regard, but with this information, I think you will be able to tell me whether I need s2memberPro and what your thoughts are.
I’ll need to give you a wordpress log-in and ftp access, and whatever else you need.

If you have a name or a contact for me, please reply or PM me as soon as possible! Thanks everybody!!

Thanks,
Nick
