Pro Form Billing Modifications Show Registration

I have a member that already has an account, subscriber and I want them to sign in and set up billing.

So I was using Pro Form Generator For Billing Modifications but when I create the page it builds a page for him to create a new account. Is there a way to make it so he can use the same account?

I have also tried to login but get the same create new profile form.

Maybe he wasn't logged in and he didn't notice it. I could see the upgrade form although I wasn't logged in. It's better that you protect that page at Level 0. After you do, could you test it again, now being sure he (or your test account) is logged in.

What version of s2Member are you using? Could you show me the pro-form's shortcode?

And the s2Member log entry for the transaction with the private info x'ed out? /wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/ (You have to have logging enabled for a log to be kept. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> PayPal Account Details -> Enable Logging Routines)

I'd have to pay the upgrade to see what happens, so I won't try it, but I could see that you protected the upgrade page at Level 0 now, which is good.

I'll ask Jason what the problem could be. Could you please share the data I requested earlier? It may help us find the problem.

I went back to the form and noticed that, although I'm logged in, the form isn't pre-populated. I don't know if this is because the WP profile is empty and the pro-form doesn't get the data from the BP profile, or if it's not getting it from anywhere at all. This may be tied to not upgrading the same account and offering to create a new one instead, although I'm not sure. Let's see what Jason says.

I have turned on the log for you, but I am getting a page not found: http://dundadasociety.com/wp-content/pl ... ember-logs

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form modify="1" level="1" ccaps="" desc="$30 USD / Monthly ( recurring charge, for ongoing access )" ps="paypal" lc="" cc="USD" dg="0" ns="1" custom="dundadasociety.com" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="30" rp="1" rt="M" rr="1" rrt="" rra="2" accept="paypal,visa,mastercard,amex,discover,maestro,solo" accept_via_paypal="paypal" coupon="" accept_coupons="0" default_country_code="" captcha="0" /]

Thanks for you help!

Thanks Derek.

I won't be able to see the logs that way. Could you open your log file, copy the entries related to this thread, and paste them here? (with any private information x'ed out, of course)

The only file that I see in there is: paypal-ipn.log and .htaccess.

Which do you want?

Thanks for your patience.
I just logged-in too Cristián.

I think the problem here is related to a JavaScript error that exists on this site. When I go here ( https://dundadasociety.com/upgrade/ ), I get this JavaScript error reported to me in the Firefox Error Console, which is preventing s2Member's JavaScript routines from succeeding ( i.e. s2Member is unable to handle dynamic form modifications for the existing Subscriber ).

Possible solution, deactivate whatever plugin is causing this JavaScript error and try again.

Code: Select all
Error: mailchimp_jQuery("#newsletter").ajaxForm is not a function
Source File: http://dundadasociety.com/wp-content/plugins/import-users-to-mailchimp/mailchimp-ajax.js?ver=3.1.3
