We are considering changing host of our web site to get more space, which means moving to a new server. Is it possible to move s2member pro to the new server? we have a single site license.

or maybe we can upgrade?

That is fine, you'd still be using it in that one website, you just change the webhost. If you create a second website and the first one will still be there, then you would need to upgrade.
