HELP! All posts redirect to my member option page!!!

I have checked the restriction access and have it set it to posts require Level O (blank). I have tried everything and cannot get this working???

What do I do?

Could you please show us a screenshot of your Post Access Restrictions panel?

When you get redirected to the Membership Options Page, what does the URL say? It must have some variables added to the page's address.
