How do I or can I style the authorize.net "submit form" button

You can use the s2member-pro-authnet-checkout-submit ID or the s2member-pro-authnet-submit s2member-pro-authnet-checkout-submit class to select and style it.

we have the pro but i don't see that

It's in the form's HTML for the submit button, you'd use those as selectors to style the button with CSS.
