paypal express checkout vs. PayPal for Digital Goods express

which one should I use?

I want to use the pro forms options of s2 member without the paypal pro option yet, and the documentation says to enable the express checkout but there are two options

which one do i need/want?

express checkout or PayPal for Digital Goods express checkout?

I want to sell re-occurring access to parts of my site.

Digital Goods is still not supported, although work has been started for it. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Pro-Forms -> Shortcode Attributes (Explained) -> dg
