Custom Avatar with inline Profile Modification Form

Hello all,

I would like users to be able to upload a custom avatar when filling out the S2Member frontend inline Profile Modification Form.

I have tried to integrate a 3rd party avatar plugin, (sidebar widget), but upon clicking update in the avatar upload, the S2Member inline Profile Modification Form is also affected and will refresh the page to display the thank you message without updating the profile data.

What would be the best approach to accomplish this, either by making the forms operate, on the same page, independent of each other or is there a better way to use the S2Member inline Profile Modification Form to upload a custom avatar?

Thank you all for your assistance!

I know that some have tried https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-photo/ and it seems to work for them.

Cristian,

Could you link to other post where people discuss coding such a thing? Would this require manually editing the S2Member plugin?

Any direction would be greatly appreciated!

This tutorial mentions using that plugin with profiles viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6536

I remember the plugin mentioned before too, but can't find where. :|
