How to clear IP Restrictions

Howdy - a member could not log in, due to IP restrictions. He attempted to login 5 times. Guess he entered the wrong credentials.

I reset the IP restrictions (Unique IP Access Restrictions) from 5 to Infinite.

But, that member is still not able to login. He still gets "come back in 30 minutes".

How can I clear IPs that are restricted from the backend? Or, is there a cookie set in his browser?

Thanks!

Did you try going to the WordPress Users panel on the left, searching for the user and viewing his details, then in the "s2Member Configuration & Profile Fields" section at the bottom of the user details page, click the checkbox next to "Reset IP Restrictions" for that specific user?

Thanks! I had not done this. I have now. Hope my member can now log in. He had logged in before. Thanks again for this quick response!
