Can't Edit or Set up S2 - The box are gone HELP!!

Hello Guys,

I need help on this asap! I am launching a clickbank product and I can't set up S2 ... it was working fine when I upgraded from Free to PRO .... logged in today and this is what I see

It may be an incomplete installation, you could try re-installing. viewtopic.php?f=36&t=247

I have done that 3 times .. and i lose all my users information i have a training course iwth 1000 members and now i have to fix them all ..

I tried it in IE and it worked ... Firefox and chrome nothing.

Did you enable Deactivation Safeguards? That would keep your s2Member data. WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Deactivation Safeguards

You mean in IE you get the admin pages fine but not in Firefox or Chrome? Weird. Maybe you have a theme that's affecting the JavaScript on the admin side. Are you using the TwentyTen theme? Could you switch to it momentarily to test this?

Changed the theme .. no different.

Got it. You could try disabling other plugins until the problem goes away.

If you don't want to do that in the live website, you can create a test installation of WordPress, install s2Member and see if you get the problem, which you shouldn't, and then start adding the other plugins one by one and see when the problem starts.

No Clue, now when the customer comes from clickbank it will not allow them to register .. is goes to the User registration is currently not allowed.

Could you please show me your s2Member logs for ClickBank? Enable logging WP Admin -> s2Member -> ClickBank Options -> ClickBank Account Details -> Enable Logging Routines and after a transaction you'll find the log in /wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/ via FTP. Please post the log entries for the transactions that had the registration problem in your tests, x'ing out any private info.

Hmm... I noticed something, so I can keep trying to help you without waiting for Jason.

In your logs I noticed some PHP that shouldn't be there, and I'm guessing you're using the ClickBank button's long code instead of the shortcode the generator outputs. If so, you have to also have the Exec PHP plugin installed or the PHP won't be processed and this is not going to work normally. So either install Exec PHP and use the HTML editor only, or use the shortcode for the button.

It has been working prefect for a long time .. and then it crashed out .. at the same time your plug stopped working the browsers ....

The purchase pages are not in the Wordpress folder so i can't use the shortcode ... I have Exec Php on the site

Yeah, the button's link in that page is wrong, it's as if the PHP code had been URL encoded so now so it's broken, it's shown literally instead of outputting the values we want there.

No, the code there is the wrong one I took from your page. YTou can fix it manually if you know how, or get the correct one from the generator. WP Admin -> s2Member -> CilckBank Buttons

No. Here I'm fixing the PHP code in the URL, it should look like this in your PHP file, but not in the page's source HTML, because in the HTML those PHP parts should then be the values for the user's IP and the time.

Have you guys figured out why the java isn't working for the plug in ??

Have you tried using the TwentyTen theme or deactivating other plugins that may be causing the conflict? Once you spot what's conflicting, then you can try to fix it.
