Hello, I need to enable the customer to update the quantity of items in their cart. I've been searching high and low but to no avail. Any ideas on how to make it happen?

Hi Jeff. I'm a bit confused, could you please explain a bit quantity of what and what cart? Thanks!

Multiple items, instead of just one. Is there a way to enable the customer to purchase more than one item. By "cart" I was referring to the checkout process in general (sorry for my sloppy language). Anywhere along the way it would be awesome if the customer could buy more than one item at time. Not sure how else to explain it, hopefully that's clear! Thanks.

OK, but what kind of item that you'd sell with s2Member would you be able to quantify? What are you selling? I'm confused about that part.

That said, I now remembered someone trying to change the quantity of what he was selling too... Here's the thread where I helped him with that viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2860

I used a select drop-down there, but you can use a text input if you want.

Also, he was using a button generated over at PayPal, if I remember correctly, but you can use the full code the s2Member button generator provides. If you choose to generate the button at PayPal, though, this will be helpful viewtopic.php?f=36&t=309

This thread is somehow related and you may find it interesting too viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6172

I hope that helps. :)

Thanks that's a lot of good stuff. Will check it out and see what happens :)

We're trying to sell eBooks and physical books, both purchases give the customer free lifetime access to our updates/downloads area, which is why s2Member is SO close to providing all the functionality we need. Some customers buy more than one printed book, and some even buy multiple copies of the PDF, hence the support question.

Gotta say though that I've tried numerous "premium" ecommerce/member-type plugins, and so far s2Member rules them all. Not just the incredible (and FREE) functionality, but the support and clean documentation as well. Looking forward to sharing my experience with our readers. Thanks.
