I am just building a site with Buddypress, s2member, genesis and a shopping cart. Ugh.... So my question, I just installed genesis and genesis connect. Genesis connect allows to have the login in the right column, does this login auto work with s2member or should I remove it?

Try it, it'll probably work fine with s2Member. Let us know how it goes.
