IP Restrictions & Dynamic IP Addresses
Posted: July 1st, 2011, 11:54 amI have my s2MemberPro configured to allow 5 IPs before punishing for 30 days. I have a member who has contacted me twice for being locked out for to many connections. She swears that she has only connected from her computer at work. Is it possible that a dynamic IP address on her work computer would effect this? I have already re-set her IP count, and she is able to login. I wondering if 5 IP address is to restrictive? Has anyone had a similar issue?
