I communicate with him by email, he'll get to my emails at around the same time he will to the ones you emailed earlier. He may be in the forums today, but I'm not sure, sometimes he's in his Ivory Tower for a couple of days when really loaded with development work. He could be around in a few minutes, or hours, or not today. I can't confirm anything more, I can only wait right now. Please wait for him to come online, or feel free to try an alternative if you prefer that. I'm not trying to force you to anything, I really can't do more for you at this point. :|

I understand and I sat patiently for days! I appreciate your efforts but this advice you gave us today should have been given to us last week. !!! I am not blaming you I hope you do understand that.

Jason learned about this thread about two days ago, when he posted what you read above. Before that I was waiting for the answers to my questions some days earlier. I don't immediately tell Jason about every support thread, first I try to solve them myself getting all the information I can to solve it, or to help Jason do it if I need him to help after all.

So first you posted about the problem, that same day I replied with some questions. The next day you replied without answering my questions, next day (Sunday) I replied asking questions again. You replied 2 days after that (Tuesday), still not answering my questions. Also on Tuesday, despite you not having answered what I asked, Jason posted replying to your mention of the JavaScript problem and offered to look into it. He hasn't been back to the forums since then, though, just 2 days ago. And you still have not answered my questions.

Oh, and you were quite rude in the 10 emails you sent in a row earlier, which I'm choosing to ignore and instead I kept trying to help you, but you decided I can't do it because it has to be Jason, so you have to wait. I don't know how Jason will feel about those emails you sent and your attitude, though.

You're using a free plugin that he's developed with professional standards and released freely for people to benefit from and I don't believe you should treat us like that. You're asking for free support (actually demanding it), without helping us assist you unless the Lead Developer personally solves it for you, and you can't be bothered to provide some information needed to assist you.

Like I said before, I'll wait for Jason to look at your problem, can't do anything else. I'll just stay out of this thread for now.

Hey i am not wasting any more time with you! YOUR SERVICE SUCKS! You have not read our messages or just chose to take no notice of us! We have supplied you all the details several times! You are basically telling us that you are more interested in money and selling new products than supporting customers! You provide the product FREE, we intended to upgrade once we were comfortable with your service! We paid $300 for a another product and they have the same service standard you have! Make yourself feel as good as you like and be as defensive as you like! all you do is prattle on TRY GETTING OUR PROBLEM RESOLVED! we have also asked you to confirm if you can fix the problem in a timely manner or advise you can not! YOU REFUSE TO DO EITHER JUST EXPECT US TO WAIT AROUND! to use your words you have no idea of when this may be looked at! We advised you of the expert user who advised us! He was way more helpful than anyone at your company! GO FIGURE! we did not set your company up or your rules prices policies, forums etc! We are just wasting our time messing around!
