Problem with sign up on wordpress

Hello

I have just purchased S2 Member PRO and my site is almost ready to go but I have noticed that the sign up button on the top header bar next to log in directs you to the register page instead of diverting to the payment options. It also does the same with the register button on the login page.
Could you guys help as there is no point having a payment system if people can bypass it. I have had the free version of S2 and am sure this hasnt happened before.

Hi Andy.

If you don't want users to create free accounts, then you need to disable open registration. WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Open Registration

Let me know if that solves your problem.

Hi Christian

I think I have solved it. I had disabled Open registration but the problem was that I had some of the boxes ticked on the Custom Registration Fields page. I had the following ticked:
-Yes (Allow members to create their own passwords during registration)
-Yes, integrate with BuddyPress Public Profiles.
-Yes, integrate with BuddyPress Registration Form.

Once I reset these options the sign up process worked as normal.
