Hello, I would like to use a coupon code that would take the customer directly to the membership area of my site without having to go through Paypal. I have seen answers about coupon codes that give discounts but I would like to know if there is a way to use a coupon code that will give access to the membership level.

You mean a coupon code that'd give a free account? The coupon codes don't do that yet, but if that's what you want to do, then instead of a coupon you can give a URL to a page with a free registration pro-form. Both, the coupon codes and the pro-form, are s2Member Pro features.

Is it just one url for the free registration form or can there be unique url's for each person I want to give free access to?

One form.
Another thing you could do is just leave registrations open, let anyone create an account. Have the restricted content protected at Level 1, free users are at Level 0 (Subscriber) so they won't be able to see it. Then you just manually edit the profiles of those you want to give free access to Level 1, editing the role in their profile to s2Member Level 1.
WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Open Registration
WP Admin -> Users -> Edit user -> Role
Does that help?

That could possibly be a solution, Well here is what I am trying to do, I will be offering access to my site through a daily deals site, the people purchase the service through the daily deals site and not through my site. So Im trying to find a way to give access to those who purchased through the daily deals site without giving access to everyone.

I see... Well, you could have open registration disabled and create a free registration pro-form in a page for the deals site, which you can take down or change when you want. Only those with the URL to that page will be able to create an account.
Let me know if that works.
