i'm recently getting this failure to login message. Googling showed me that you've had issues with this message. Is it still a problem and is there a patch? I have the pro version installed.

Thanks very much.

Mary
at the most 3 people might log in at the same time.

Is it possible that they those 3 people are on corporate or public networks?

Also, did you change the default values? The default is 5 IP addresses within a 30 day span.

Thanks Bob, for your help.
Yes, they are in nursing homes using the Verizon Access Stick for the internet - Should I assume this is it? Do you know can i modify this so they don't keep running into the issue? (p.s. I'm not a programmer - a pretty base WP user! : )

Thanks again.
Mary

As an Administrator, log in and go to the s2Member tabs/menus on the left-hand side of WordPress (you may need to scroll down).

Go to:

- Restriction Options
-- Expand the section "Unique IP Access Restrictions"
--- Set the Maximum Unique IP Address Allowed to something higher than it's currently set

Hope that helps!
