Is it possible to add upsells to a checkout process?

Like when a visitor bought the product you offer and clicked on "purchase" then you offer him relevant services, or a vip membership for 50% off. The visitor can then just click on add and it will automatically added to the order, maybe even multiple one-click upsells...

Is this or something similar already possible, and if not can you please add it?

I don't think this is possible unless you get creative.

i.e. You could have your membership options page be more of a gateway, without any paypal buttons. When someone clicks on I WANT BASIC MEMBERSHIP link or image it takes them to a different page you have configured that maybe says something like........

DO YOU WANT A PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP AT 50% OFF?
---SUBSCRIBE BUTTON---

NO THANK YOU, JUST A BASIC MEMBERSHIP
---SUBSCRIBE BUTTON---

You could do the same thing when selling individual posts/pages. Have a BUY IT NOW image and that takes them to a different page that says...

WANT THE PREMIUM VERSION FOR 50% OFF?
---BUY BUTTON----

NO THANKS, JUST THIS.....
----BUY BUTTON---
