members getting routed back to home page NOT logged in

Using current version of s2member - 3.2.9
Curious problem,
After entering valid userid and password, some members are not getting logged in. Instead they are taken back to the home page where they are back where they started.
This only happens with SOME users? The others are correctly routed back to the appropriated Login Welcome page ( different page based on their Level of membership).
Anyone run into this before?

Can someone please help with this I am LOSING SUBSCRIBERS because of this problem.
S2member is not logging people in with valid ID's . On some of these cases if I change the password it corrects the problem.
Obviously Jason is to busy but someone else must have run into this problem. There is no error involved the member is just kicked back to the home page NOT logged in.
I am running Buddypress too but I don't see a problem there and besides s2member controls the user profiles.
HELP please I'm losing money because of this.
