Clickbank integration

I have two questions about the coming Clickbank integration.
* 1.) Will it be possible to integrate Clickbank in a way that we can use it together with Paypal?
- means that people who come over a clickbank link and have a CB cookie set go over the CB checkout, people who have no CB referer/cookie set go over the normal paypal checkout...
That would be useful so we can still offer our own in-house aff program and also utilize other affiliate networks than just Clickbank
* 2.) Do you have an ETA for the CB integration?
