I need to export the custom user data I have gathered into spreadsheet... is this possible?

At this stage I'm sure it would be a manual process.... myPhpAdmin or whatever your host uses, and look at the database...

thats what I've done, but its not in a format that is remotely usable, all the user data is in a single entry/cell...
