URL Redirect_to

I am running version 3.2.7

I still am not able to use the "redirect_to" option…still defaults to the home page.

http://mysite.com/wp-login.php?redirect ... om/newpage

In s2 Members -> General Options I set the following:

Login Welcome Page - I set to "Select" (i.e I didn't choose a page)

Member Profile Modifications - I set the "Redirect Members away from the Default Profile Panel?" to "No"

Any ideas?
