Hmm...restricted posts still show up on blog page...

Okay, I'm confused. I'm using Thesis as my theme, and I have setup the membership plugin to provide access to specific information, but I've run into something that is confusing me.

If I restrict a post, then log-out, the post can still be seen in the main blog feed. If I click on the post, I am directed to the membership notification page, which I created.

My understanding would be that all posts that are restricted wouldn't show up on the blog page, whether the reading settings in Wordpress are set to a static page/post page or the main feed.

Neither cases produce the desired results.

How do I completely hide posts based on security settings?

If {user level is whatever} then display this post in the feed, else, don't.

Hi, don't know if you solved this. Have not been able to do this with S2member. Be glad to know how you did it??

Am using User Access Manager (plugin) to hide posts from view based on wordpress registration levels (subscriber, etc). Makes it possible to hide content for registered users).

Also am using WP Hide Post to hide posts/pages from navigation. Is also able to do this seperate for home/blog pages.
