EOT Problem/ doesn't downgrade automatically

hi there,

since some moths i have a problem: s2member doesn't downgrade users after EOT automatically.

i also have a problem that wp (3.0.2) doesn't activate scheduled posts. for this problem i use the plugin "ByREV Fix Missed Shedule Plugin".

Is there a connection between both problems? What can i do to heal it/them?

I have no problem with scheduled posts and S2member.
