Removing Restriction

I have a site that has a home page which looks like a blog page but it's part of a theme design where the top has a slider and the bottom has blog posts. If someone isn't logged in they automatically get to the membership options page? If they are logged in they will see the home page. I want people to be able to see the home page. I have the page without any restriction codes in it or custom capabilities. The regular blog page is visible without being logged in so I don't know what I'm doing wrong? How do I remove the restriction so the home page shows up. Otherwise, it's working fine.

Okay, figured it out. What I did was simply make my home page my membership options page. I have the membership options on another page and I already have a link to sign up for membership. I know if they click a private post (that says it's private) they'll shuttle to the home page instead of membership options but it works. I need my homepage to be as is since it's part of a theme that is already configured in a template. Thanks for the input me.
