How to Force Downloads on Restricted Files?

I know I can force downloads on the restricted files with the php code that's mentioned in the s2member documentation...but I need a link that does not have php code so I can email it and use it to link for those who make a purchase for the individual file.

Is there anyway to do this? Any ideas much appreciated
